REGISTRATION

Registration fee for Regular and Students participants includes admission to the scientific program, conference material, certificate of attendance, lunches-coffee breaks according to the program, welcome aperitive/Cocktail, and cultural activity.
The Accompanying Person Registration Fee includes access to welcome aperitive/Cocktail, and cultural activity.​

Registration Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to congress secretariat (info@fuorirottaeventi.com).
A Full Refund is available up to  8 weeks before the conference (10 July 2026) subject to a handling fee of 20 EUR.
If cancellation is requested after the 8 week mark, then full charge will apply.
All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
